Hampton & King

I called Hampton & King at a time in my life when I was completely overwhelmed. We had tried everything we could to make things right ourselves, and we’d gotten nowhere. This was on top of the recovery involved with the medical malpractice we experienced. It was starting to feel like we’d never find our way out of the situation we were in through no fault of our own. Hampton & King were like a ray of light, and that’s no exaggeration. They pulled us onto our feet and empowered us to realize that we were in the right. Their entire team listened to me and spoke to me like a person, and it seemed like their goal was to make the experience as stress-free as they could for me. You might think that attorneys who have been working on medical malpractice and negligence suits for decades would be have gotten ‘cold’ to the emotions involved, but I found the opposite at Hampton & King. You can tell they’ve seen firsthand how tough these cases can be on people, and they’ve learned that their clients don’t just need to win cases, they need an ally. I have already recommended them to loved ones, and would do so for anyone who’s in need of services like theirs.

Very quick to assume my case is past the statue of limitation before even looking over my wife’s files or information. We have multiple suits to file as well as two class actions and they seemed very uninterested in my case as 10 other law firms have at least taken my file and looked at it before turning us away. The receptionist said limitation starts from when the accident happened but other law firms say it’s two years from the date of discovery which hasn’t been two years. Either way, won’t be using this firm in the future. We’ll find help elsewhere

Sadly our family found ourselves in a position needing legal guidance, uncertain if we’d find anyone, we ended up being referred to the Hampton and King law firm. While I’d rather not have been in this position AT ALL, my family is very fortunate to have had the representation of Chris King and his team. My husband and I anticipated a lot of tribulation during the process, but Chris, Brooke, and his professionals made this very smooth given the circumstances. Everyone we spoke to within this process was very empathetic, thorough, and punctual with all the updates and details we needed. I could never truly express my gratitude for the emotional aide and support everyone we worked with at Hampton and King gave us, especially Chris. Furthermore, as for myself, I am so thankful for the confidence I was given. When I felt I wasn’t doing “well” or not sufficient enough, after speaking with Chris, I would feel better about each situation. I genuinely appreciated all of his straightforward responses and information and his ability to prepare us if disappointment could follow. I know each case/situation/outcome is different, but I didn’t expect being as grateful for the condition I was in emotionally, by the end of our case. Thank you AGAIN, everyone at Hampton and King for what you did for our family. And thank you for the sacrifices it took you to get to your positions, the sacrifices you make for your professions beyond your workplace, and for not giving up helping us. The impression that I had during my very first interaction with Hampton & King was just how experienced they seemed to be. I felt like absolutely nothing could surprise them or catch them off guard. That said, they always listened and were so attentive throughout our time together. I loved that they had an in-house doctor at the firm who was able to bring their expertise to the case, rather than having to send my medical information to a third-party and deal with the potential loss of privacy and delays associated with it. From start to finish, they kept me informed. There were elements of the case relating to the medical aspects of things that were incredibly complex, but their team was always willing to take the time to make sure I was up-to-speed on what everything meant— and what it meant for my case. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Hampton & King during one of the more stressful periods of my life. I would recommend them to anyone involved with a malpractice suit.

I was recently represented by Chris King of Hampton and King. I highly recommend Chris. He was very kind and caring through the entire process. He and Brooke always kept me informed and updated. All of their hard work had a successful outcome. Chris always made me feel like he truly believed in my case and that meant so much to me. He made a stressful time into a positive experience.
