        Stay away from unit 11735 Alief Clodine Road Unit 11. Rent at your own risk. Landlord/Owner is the worst to ever deal with. He will rip you off at any opportunity he has. Don't say you're not warned. Ensure you read your contract thoroughly before signing. Use a lawyer if needed. Ensure you have an out with favorable conditions, just incase you have a life changing moment. Overall, just be careful if you want to rent this property.
