One word… RUDE. There was a lady with super short hair who was extremely rude. I honestly couldn’t believe this is how a sales associate was acting. I wanted to try on two different pairs of shoes, so I went up to her to ask if she could assist me and grab my size. She acted like I was an inconvenience for asking her for help when that is literally her job and she was standing there doing absolutely nothing!You can tell doesn’t value assisting customers, as I noticed the same thing was happening to others.I really hope this store figures the customer service etiquette out before the holidays or they will miss out on a ton of sales.I had to leave because I just couldn’t take her attitude.

My sister and her BF went there yesterday evening to look at boots and women working there was desperate to make a sale, once my sis picked up a pair she rushed to her saying can I help in with an attitude and did not leave their sight the whole time! If this is what they do to make sales, they are gonna FLOP she felt uncomfortable instantly as the women was watching every step they made as if she were to steal respectfully
