        Before today, I never even knew that specialty stores like this existed anywhere close to me since I live on the Southeast side of Houston. The owner was very helpful and accommodating by explaining the uses and differences between many of the spices and blends they sell (i think she said at least 150). I was a bit reluctant to buy saffron due to the price, but she gave me a hefty bit of her own stash for free along with the other things I purchased. Its also very refreshing to be spoken to honestly about products by vendors which she did. I will definitely be coming back here from now on. Thanks to the owner, whatever your name is!
