Fast, friendly and super convenient. Who wants to wait at a tire shop forever? They come to you. You can't beat it. I will never fo to a tire shop again.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a tire installer and company. Zohr received my tires that i ordered from tire rack on 12/21/2021 at 10:45 am. I called and confirmed that they were there and was told by one of the employees that they were indeed there and was set up to schedule an appointment. I needed these wheels installed in a pinch and was willing to pay the ridiculous price for the convenience to get it done the following day while the truck was at another shop being wrapped. I got a call saying that they would be arriving between 8am and 11am which was great. but as 11 passed, 12 came and went, I called only to find out that their one and only mobile install truck was having issues and had to reschedule for later in the day. a few hours later they called back and said they were unable to make it out to install the tires because their truck was still down and had no way of making it out to me. Fast forward, they ended up rescheduling to the following day the 23rd, last day of availability before the Christmas holiday and I received a call and a text saying that they would be arriving between 11-1pm to install the tires. at 11am I get a call saying that they are unable to find my tires that Tire Rack sent them and delivered to them 2 days prior and would have to file a claim and get with tire rack to see why they weren't delivered even though everything shows delivered and it was confirmed they received the tires on the 21st. None of anything they have told me has made any sense, because supposedly the day before when they were originally supposed to install the tires, they had vehicle problems on the way down to install my tires. I cant see how it has taken two days and two supposed trips for them to realize they never had mire tires to begin with. Customer service is terrible, pricing to install 4 tires mount and balance and transfer 4 tpms sensors was $220 dollars, and I wasted 2 days PLUS still don't know where my tires I ordered are. To top it all off, they said they were going to get back with me within 15 minutes to update me with more information and see if they can find my tires, but they ended up refunding the money for the service and never called back or told me anything. What a joke!
