Sean did a superb job -- great new equipment. Very diligent and thorough. Prepared with carpet cleaner, leather wipes, Armorall wipes -- and more! Sparkling clean.

Sean came to my house on-time and detailed the car. He did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs on-site car detailing.

Originally my husband rated this company before they left and thought they did a decent job. They were on time and at first look it was way cleaner than the mess of a mini van of 3 kids was. When I finally got out to look at it (because I couldn’t while he was there because he did not wear a mask at all) I noticed that complete lack of detail. Windows were smudged, there was gunk all over the console, the floors had a very minimal vacuum.... it was just not “detailed” at all. I emailed the owner right after he left and he was very responsive and apologized (telling me this was “a friend” of an employee, not even one of his employees that he sent to my house, because the employee called in) to and offered a refund and to send another employee for another detail when they trained more staff - that he’d get back to me...that was 12/3/20. I emailed 12/20/20 asking for a status and just an internal detail and still haven’t heard back. I get they’re a company of “young bucks” but if they want a business that last past youth they need to learned proper business ethics, because this isn’t it.
