Horrible Horrible Horrible they will not answer voicemails , or emails. I don't understand how they expect for a customer to get a Hole fixed in the wall that At&t technicians did while running line in my home. What's the since in filing a claim and having an adjuster if they won't work with you. Worst Customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Thanks Kristina Scott for your poor communication skills.
