Absolutely most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. She is glad to take your money for the services she is charging you for but never produces the documents to you. Yvonne always has an excuse in hopes to delay the inevitable that what you were paying her to do was never actually done. If you actually do some research on her company the negative reviews are very much accurate and you should take them seriously. She won’t reimburse you for the work she never does but will be glad to “charge” you to do it again for her inconvenience. I am going as far as to report her to the Texas state board of public accountancy. Small business owners beware, unfortunately I had to learn the hard way.

Yvonne came as a referral, which usually means the company is legit. I wish I would have seen the review posted about Legacy Small Business Consulting, LLC before I signed an agreement and placed a deposit to create an LLC for me. What should have taken only six weeks (started in May 2021) is now still ongoing, and now it is mainly to ask for my money back. I sent multiple updates (literally the number of times of follow-up in the subject line) asking for a status, and when I finally heard back, it was only two words written that she is out of state or in another email checking with the state. As I could not wait any longer as it had been a few months, I requested my LLC through another firm which I had my LLC paperwork in less than six weeks; there was no record of Yvonne ever filing my LLC for me. Meanwhile, I am still seeking my reimbursement from Yvonne with little to no response; when I am lucky to receive a response, it's two words or lies that my check was returned. Since then, I have provided three online tools to be reimbursed (Venmo, Zell, & PayPal), and still nothing. I am a small business and count every penny. Lesson learned to read reviews from now on, even if it's a referral.

I was a return customer to this company that I originally found on Thumbtack over a year ago. Having been pleased at that time, I came back for the same service. Not only had the price literally quadrupled, Yvonne was snippy and rude in emails. She also charged me a $90 rush fee and then failed to rush the necessary documentation. First, when calling to get updates, I got an auto attendant that disconnected the call. At one point Yvonne had claimed that I had only paid one of 2 invoices she sent, when in actuality, both had been paid. When I asked about turnaround, she said she was in tax class. No word on when I could expect the documents I’d *just paid her* to expedite. The icing was that when I requested a refund, she just responded “Bye.” As if that wasn’t enough in itself to get my bank to approve my disputes of the abovementioned transactions.
