When one of my son's brackets came off the day after he'd gotten the braces put on, I called because I was told if anything happened, they would get us in ASAP. That was a Saturday so the fact they weren't reachable is understandable. I called the emergency number listed but nobody called me back. I expected a call on Monday but there was none. I called and left messages on both the regular and the emergency number on Monday, Tuesday and now today.
Edited: there was a problem with the phones and nobody even knew I'd called until I talked to someone at the Potranco office. Then about ten minutes ago, the orthodontist texted me and said he was flying home from Dallas and would be in at 8:30 and would meet us at the office as soon as he got in if we wanted. Now I feel awful for being so upset but I am glad that they figured out it was the phone lines and not them ignoring me. Also the Judson office is a satellite office and someone is only there twice a month which was why the office was dark when I went by.
The fact that Dr. VandeBerg was willing to come to the office the night before Thanksgiving after flying in to the city to fix my son's bracket has TOTALLY restored my faith.
