I booked online with oyo. Once I arrived, they did not have my reservations in their system, since they just changed the name. I have contacted the oyo and here it is day 3 and have heard nothing back about my refund.. if I ever had any problems in the past with any company(at fault) it was fixed by the end of that 5 min phone call, but not with oyo.. don't book with this company..

This is not the oyo hotel they changed the name 2 weeks ago and apparently havent bothered to chance any info, I booked a 1 night stay through hotels.com and I called the front desk to let them know we were running 10-15 minutes and was told they are no longer the oyo hotel (still shows up like that on google ) and they dont have my reservation.

The property is definitely improving by leaps & bounds with the current renovation they're doing. The pool patio was clearly recently redone and the pool looks gorgeous, and like it will feel great & be a blast once it's officially open. Staff was all very friendly & accomodating- especially front desk associate(s). Will book again- especially can't wait to go back once it's 100% finished with remodel and is a totally upgraded hotel.
