PLEASE READ! You dont want to end up unhappy like I did! Not being from San Antonio, I was looking around for a quality place to go and get a foil and cut.. I'm a blonde, but slowly my hair has been getting brown.Turns out.. the foil comes out looking like not much has changed. My hair is still nearly completely brown underneath and the "highlights" I got were small, and seemingly quick to wash out. When I went back to get a partial refund for the poor quality. (like i said.. I could see the line of brown fading back in) they told me that they could not do it because it had been over 2 weeks. I understand I should have called earlier, but it wasnt until I started noticing the fade out that I got concerned.. and I have had full foil before, so I knew that I was not getting the full quality blonde looking hair I had paid for. For 150 dollars I want to be happy and have the color last, and when confronting the desk manager and the stylist, they both said they couldnt give me my money back. Then.. as im telling her to look at my hair because it doesnt look blonde, she says "yes i think its beautiful." well I didnt come to get a refund and have her tell me what she thought. She started getting all snippy saying "well I get my hair done every three weeks." uhm ok? and I cant afford to do it that often. Then, another employee comes along and starts to raise his voice saying I'm not going to get a refund because the money is spent and there is simply no way for them to pay me.. im sorry, but if that was the case then the store would not be in business.. anyways. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE MONEY!!! The pics online are decieving, and so are the reviews. the place is DIRTY!!! Please dont go here! Dont end up like me!!
