My parents have had this insurance since 2000 my dad passed away in 2015, my mom is now 81 yrs old and her house needs foundation repair but the claim was denied .. And Lisa ybarbo is not helpful at all, bad customer service.. She never calls back or emails and ..after 20 years of being a loyal customer she suggested that my mom could easily find another insurance company
