San Antonio Top Limo

Rented a Hummer limo for the Marc Anthony concert. Limo arrived just a few minutes early. It was very nice, very clean, it was stocked up with water and plenty of ice and driver was very professional and very knowledgeable of the AT&T Center. Got us in with no problems and dropped off right up front in the VIP drop off. And when the concert was over he picked us up in the same spot he dropped us off at. It was perfect. We had a blast. Definitely made our night. I can honestly say that this is the company to go with if you're needing a limo. I'm sure they'll make it extra special for you. Thanks again. Next time I need a limousine I'm for sure calling you all up.

This company is awesome. Not only are they very fair on the price but the driver was very professional and very friendly. Limo was clean and arrived early, the driver waited patiently outside and did not rush us. I am very happy with this service and definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking for limo service.

This was the worst limo experience that I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this limo company to anyone. Very bad costumer service and the owner did not talk in a respectable manner. I am very disappointed at this service and I will never book with them again. The limo experience started out good, but then we were 15 min away from home, and we get a call saying we will be charged $75, because of an overcharge fee. I was not aware of any fees beforehand, and I have already paid too much money for the limo itself, now the owner wanted me to pay another $75 just to get which was only 15 min away. I tried to speak with the owner on the phone, but multiple times he cut me off and tried to talk over me in a very rude manner. He said that I had to pullover at a gas station at 10 pm and take money out of an ATM... The driver came and opened my door instantly, while I was still on the phone with the owner. I instantly closed the door, and I do not get off at any random gas stations and use the ATM. We gathered the money and payed the driver the $75 that he asked for, and still the owner was not happy. He kept saying, "because of customers like you, this is the rule". He said, "go write a bad review, i'll respond to it". Very disrespectful and rude owner. He raised his voice at me multiple times and did not meet in the middle for the cost or anything. He literally was talking over me the entire time. I had to ask him on the phone if he would let me finish my sentence. I will never book with this company ever again. And if yall choose to, make sure your okay with paying $75 for an extra 15 min car ride back home, after already paying for the limo all the cost.

Edward was professional and very helpful. We initially booked with him, but with COVID, we had to cancel. We decided last second to go ahead and get a Limo, unfortunately, he didn't have a driver. Since he couldn't help us, he began to name a few more reputable companies that he felt were trustworthy and dependable. He took a few moments to find a new driver, and got one. We decided to stay with Edward though since he was open and had our best interests in mind. The Limo was on time and clean, despite the rain that day. The driver was pleasant and professional. The only complaint was the AC didn't work as well as we hoped. Edward did mention prior that there was a blower issue with his stretch limo, so we were prepared for it. Just wished the driver would have make an extra effort to cool the limo after our ceremony. Overall, I would highly recommend and use them again. Just hoping they fix the blower issue in the stretch limo.
