I had the pleasure of working with Mary Johnson on my search for a home. I was searching for a home while in another state so Mary would travel to any property I was interested in and take "video tours" for me so I could see each home. She also was extremely helpful looking for homes, keeping my interests in mind and sending me any listing that matched my needs. While viewing each home, Mary meticulously paid attention to every single detail. I really mean that, she noticed EVERYTHING. She payed closed attention to the quality of floors, counters, appliances, paint, etc and noted all of the positives as well as the negatives. She took note of what would need further inspection before buying and what sellers would need to fix. She would even find issues the seller wasn't even aware of! Any shady sellers must fear Mary since absolutely nothing will go unnoticed and Mary will demand any issues are addressed. I felt protected every step of the way. Mary also had every contact readily available for all types of inspections that might be needed. I truly felt safe searching for homes with Mary and that her top priority was always what was in my best interest. She was always easy to reach and responded extremely quickly at all hours. Being a first time home buyer she taught me everything about the process and made me feel confident making decisions (I mean it! I feel like an expert on home buying now). She was extremely helpful and patient with me during the entire process. The best aspect of working with Mary is the peace of mind she will give you. Buying a home can be a stressful time but Mary made it a breeze. She will make sure you have all the details needed, push sellers to make any repairs to ensure the home is safe, and overall make you feel like you have all the information needed to make the best decision for yourself. I don't have a single negative thing to say about Mary's service. I will be making sure none of my family or friends work with anyone else other than Mary because I know they will be in the best hands possible. Thank you for all you help Mary!

Mary Johnson was amazing ! As first time home buyers, Mary ensured to make it a wonderful experience to find the perfect home. She was very communicative, all our questions were answered, all concerns were addressed, and we were properly informed through the process. Our expectations to finding a home were met and exceeded.
