The man that (I think) owns this shop is one of the most genuinely nice people I’ve met and I really enjoy talking with him when I come in. I walked in looking for a scrub top I bought from him 6+ years ago and he knew exactly what I wanted and where it was. The first time I shopped here years ago I had no idea what I was looking for so he walked around the store and picked out items and sizes he thought would work for me while I tried stuff on. He’s super friendly and willing to help however he can. Just remember that he’s human and appreciates a warm smile and being treated with kindness just like you do. There’s a reason I return to this store. A+

The reviews saying that these are nice people are completely accurate. Unfortunately, nice doesn’t mean useful. They quote times for embroidery that they cannot uphold. When asked about it, they blame their embroidery shop and don’t take responsibility for the delay. It’s incredibly frustrating. This is not a reliable business. Nice only enhances a GOOD business model. If you can’t do your job, nice doesn’t matter.
