Todd, the owner, came by to evaluate my current system which was not working properly. Not his brand of equipment but looked at it and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. The original installer never identified the problem after multiple attempts. I had actually called Modern Media to consider changing systems since I had so many problems. I am going to build a house so he suggested just waiting until that project was done. He could have sold me another system but did the right thing for his potential new customer. I am impressed and will definitely use them to design/install the system when building my new home!!!

We've used Todd and Modern Media a year ago to update our theatre room . They did an Outstanding Job! " Read review below by Ranger Roberts".. So we called them in on our Control 4 Outdoor patio system that had NEVER worked as advertised and had been the source of frustration for over 2 Years.. Although Just recently certified as Control 4 installers, The team of Nick and Spencer came out to evaluate and trouble shoot the system. And after an extensive checkout , they Finally got our system working consistently as it had been designed to do and even integrated our TV audio sound system to our Sonos speakers, making it a true outdoor theater experience! If you call only ONE installer.. Call Modern Media!! Todd and his Team of Nick and Spencer are absolutely TOP NOTCH!! You won't regret it!!

Modern Media showed up on time for the appointment, found a creative solution to the AV issue I had and had all the components and tools to get the job done right! Highly recommend these guys! :)
