Kayla and Sharon make a wonderful team. They were so helpful to get our place leased. Sharon gave us excellent advice and really helped us with the whole process answering our questions very patiently as this was our first time putting up our house for lease. She worked with us closely from start to finish guiding and coordinating as needed at each and every step. Sharon’s inputs like, proactively providing the supplies that we would like the tenant to use, was awesome and much appreciated. Our realtors, Sharon and Kayla helped us every step of the way by responding quickly to our questions and concerns. Once our property went on the market they did a wonderful job presenting and coordinating the viewings, resulting in multiple offers in a very short span of time. Coldwell Banker is one of the firms my company uses to help employees who have relocated. My husband and I met with Kayla Vardell few years ago in that regard, however at the time our plans changed and we did not follow through with a purchase. I had saved her contact though, since I really liked her customer focus, straight feedback and knowledge and experience about the local real estate scenario. So when I was looking for a home again, she was my first choice. From the very first day she was there for us - listening to our requirements and giving us valuable,input and feedback. She is very flexible and really puts you first. This time around I got the opportunity to work and interact with her partner, Sharon Auffet. We were extremely satisfied with the Service and support we received from both of them.
