        What a lovely experience. Joe is the owner. He took the time to find the cheapest but fastest delivery and repackaged my delivery box so my gift would be safe. He then offered me a free cold drink. It is rare that someone cares that much. He really brightened my day. It is nice to feel supported when going into a location I have never been to.

        I stopped in today just a few minutes before closing time (with a pile of packages!) and received the best customer service I could ever have asked for. The owner, Joe, was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative, and went out of his way to help make a stressful time of year so much easier. Ill be a customer for life!
