        I left this review on their FB page and was immediately blocked. Hows that for honesty and customer service?! You look like a really nice family. Unfortunately your people are ripping customers off left and right. We had someone quote us for a kitchen faucet replacement and removal of some tanks under the sink $1200! And that was the cheap option. The other options cost upwards of $4,000! Imlay came and did it for $300. Unfortunately this isnt the first story Ive heard of ridiculously inflated pricing. Our piano teacher had a toilet replacement quote of $1500! A toilet costs $100 at Home Depot. Stop ripping off the citizens of Southern Utah. We work hard for our money too. Edit after owners response: your response is so misleading and twisted. You have noticed a pattern of communication from me? You mean the ONE comment I left on your business FB page that you deleted immediately, and this Google review. Is that a pattern? Also you accuse me of targeting your children. YOU posted a picture of your family on your BUSINESS page and I said, You look like a nice family, but your people are ripping customers off. How is that targeting your children? I have children and I would never attack other peoples kids online. Its offensive and ridiculous you twisted my comment into an attack on your family and kids. How is this community supposed to take a business like this seriously? Your response is dishonest as are your business practices. Accusing your customers and arguing with them online is never a good look. Youre developing a negative reputation in Iron County. Just look at your yelp, BBB, and FB reviews. I would suggest taking the feedback from this community and changing the way you do business before you lose your livelihood. (PS You also just publicly named myself and my husband on a Google forum which does not identify my last name for my own safety and privacy.)
