        Previous installers had hooked up the electricity incorrectly and it resulted in burning out the AC but fortunately not damaging the home or the other electrical service. We were lucky not to have a bigger problem. Jason and his team installed a new HVAC system and ran the lines necessary to safely connect it to the breaker box which had not been done previously. The new system works great and I can't recommend Modern enough. They have now replaced the HVAC systems in my house and all of my kids as well and we would definitely recommend them to others even though we don't expect to need them for a long time in the future.         I am so grateful I decided to go with Jason at Modern Heating & Air. He’s an honest guy. He dropped what he was doing to give me as quote as my furnace broke and we were freezing. He was so professional and kind and was thousands cheaper than those larger companies’ bids for the same unit. I replaced both ac/furnace the next day. Don’t hesitate to give Modern your business!
