      image I bought a pen a couple days ago and after using it a few times for two days, I stepped out of my office and the ink cartridge slid down and would not retract. I went to this Office Depot to talk to them and they gave no help at all. I asked if they knew how to fix it or if I could return it but it is not one they have in stock; I got it at the Layton Store. They offered no refund so now I have to go to Layton to get it. Thanks for nothing.
