Over the past few years, we have been in the delivery business, and as our business started to grow, we wanted to automate the process of receiving delivery requests, scheduling routes, creating manifests and automatically assigning them to drivers based on their availability and proximity to locations. Basically, we wanted to build a system that is similar, in functionalities, to Uber, with specific functions that help our business model. We had a big challenge and a very limited budget! The idea sounded kind of impossible to me and my partner. We found Eccentric through our Google search, and after we did our due diligence, we contacted them, and we were impressed with their attention to detail during their fact-finding sessions. Eccentrics team took the time to understand exactly what we want to achieve, they listened and kept asking questions. After a few sessions with them, they came up with a clear function-specifications document that had features we needed that we hadnt even thought of! We proceeded with the project, and Eccentric delivered a product far superior to what we could even imagine. We cant express how happy we are with the platform (including the website front end, and the portal for the Admin), and the App (for Android, and iOS). Our clients rave about the platform, and how easy it is to use. Our day-to-day operation has become flawless, and smooth. The fact that we track every single delivery (actual time vs scheduled time), number of delivery attempts, and proof of delivery (signature, and/or image) has tremendously helped our business operation.
