        Usually love this place but we were Waiting in line tonight and saw the young kid rolling out more dough with no gloves and of course wipes his nose with his bare hands and goes right back to rolling out the dough. .. sorry i shouldnt have to order my pretzel and ask to hold the snot.

        I brought my girlfriend during her lunch break. We ordered and they said it would be 5 minutes. As time went by, they served several other people that ordered after us. And 30 minutes later the manager McKenzie left and when I went to get a refund, the employees told me they hadn't been told how to give a refund.
