Baymont Inn & Suites Provo River

This is our go to motel in Provo. It is situated in a convenient, lovely area next to the Provo River. We enjoyed the indoor pool this trip and found the room clean and comfortable. Nearby activities: The motel is next to the walking/biking trail next to the Provo River. Zupas and Olive Garden are right across the street. Easy access to University Parkway to get you to BYU or Orem.

Run down hotel, needs to be upgraded. Reminds me of hostile Noteworthy details: I would not stay here again

We checked into the hotel and it was fairly clean looking from first appearances, we went to sleep and realized that we had bites on our arms and legs. After looking in the bed there was bed bugs. We tried to get a new room , and the management said that the bugs can jump up to 20 feet and there was no point in moving rooms because the bugs would just move with us. And at 3:00am in the morning, they said we could check out and leave, or we could stay and basically deal with it. Also telling us that we would not get our $100 deposit back.

Just needed a couple of nights and this looked ok for a good price. The rooms were ok but I would not stay there again. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the sink leaked, and the shower barely had a stream of water. Breakfast was non-existent. All they had was a little bit of cereal and not much milk. Tried to make a waffle but no batter. Very disappointing. Decided to try the pool. The water was so cold! It was way below the required minimum temp. Didnt even get in past my knees because I couldnt get used to it even though I went slowly. It was simply way too cold. The hot tub was the opposite. It was so hot it burned! Again could not acclimate. So that was disappointing as well. Would not recommend.

I would think twice about staying at this hotel. Especially if you are disabled in any way! They have no elevator. The stay was horrendous! I had to take my 49 pound suitcase up two flights of stairs. I asked for a first floor room but they said they were sold out. I have MS and I was in pain for days after. The soda machine on the second floor gave out warm sodas. The continental breakfast was stale and no one was there to over look the breakfast. It was a free for all! At checkout in the morning no one was there and they had a note that said if you need assistance dial one. I will never stay there again and will report them for not accommodating disabled people!
