Outstanding Customer Care. I ordered 3 ballistic panels that were delivered to the wrong house. It was a tracking nightmare with UPS. My package was returned to Citizen Armor and reshipped which I received. Citizen Armor answered my calls and questions, guided me through the UPS mess and called several times to insure the process was moving along. This company gets 10 stars in my book!

Purchased female covert civviy vest for my wife to wear at work quality was excellent, she is extremely happy with the fit. Very comfortable and she has full range of movement, lightweight so no fatigue from wearing for long periods at a time. She is also happy that its cut to fit female body and if she wears sweater or loose fit shirt you cant even tell she has it on.
