Similar to EVERY OTHER REVIEW on here, Eric makes big promises and leaves with your money, the job undone. He failed to repair my washer - in fact managed to damage it further in the process - told me he needed to order a different part, and never returned. Stay away from this company unless you're suing them.

Don't call Summit Logistics. I was having a problem with my refrigerator and had Summit Logistics look at it on May 10th. They said it needed a new part and I gave them $650 for the part. It's now June 18th and I have not heard anything back. I have called 2 to 3 times per day for the last week asking what's going on. The poor person at dispatch that I talk to dutifully clicks my information into the computer and promise that someone will call back soon. No one ever calls. If they can't find the part, fine. Just give me my money back and I'll go buy a new refrigerator. The taste in my mouth from dealing with Summit Logistics is more sour than the milk in my fridge.

Going on 16 days since I had Eric come out to our house to look at our washer to be fixed. We gave him a $500 deposite and still do not have an ETA on when the job will be done. When we call the company all they can do for me is get my information and "a manager will call you back in an one hour" I have heard this message four times already and still waiting for that manager to call. Worst experiance ever!!!! I do not recommend using this service, their customer service is the worst and all they do is steal your money.

I paid Eric $500 for parts and never heard from him again after numerous calls and messages. The number goes to a booking call center. Stay away, this is a complete scam of a business.

Didn't call to tell me he'd be late. Spent a few hours here and said there was an initial issue them said it was another. "Fixed" the problem part. The service cost too much. The issue was still bad and is still bad. Called them back to tell them the issue wasn't fixed, but never got a call back. Terrible business. Don't waste your time or money on a useless service.
