DK Watson collision repair did an excellent job of working with insurance, providing me with a loaner car, and communicating what was going on the whole time. Corey and Emily definitely went out of their way to make sure that I felt taken care of after our accident. Thank you so much, I highly recommend their services to anyone

RUN AWAY Stay far away from this place . Don’t believe the 5star reviews on here . It’s all from friends and employees of the shop . I know this because I’m familiar and friends with many in the Watson Family . Our car was towed here not by choice , but by highway state patrol . We had problems from the start with these people and this shop. What should have taken 7days to repair our car , took a month and a half . They refuse to take accountability for any thing . They’re so quick to blame everyone else why things are delayed . “My guys are sick , no one came to work , Audi shipped your parts to a different repair shop , your lucky to even be getting authentic parts , and not aftermarket , it’ll be finished by the end of the week “ blah blah blah . It was always an excuse . Corey was extremely aggressive and bitter towards me on the phone . Cutting me off and yelling over me every time he didn’t like what I had to say . We had to get our insurance company involved more times than we should have . I shouldn’t have to tell Corey how to do his job . He is very unprofessional in the way he communicated with us through text as well . A business should not be communicating using emojis like we’re friends. Once we picked up the car , everything on the outside looked fine . Joke was on us . The air bag sensor light was on , and never even plugged back in amongst several other things . Once bringing this to Corey’s attention , his response was “take it to Audi and figure it out yourself . That’s on you . We had to take it to another repair shop and there was more than just that wrong with the car . The new repair shop stated that this should have not even left the shop in this condition . Corey has refused to provide us with any documentation of the payment he received from us . Due to the wait and complications we endured with DK Watson , and Corey’s unprofessionalism , our Auto Insurance made an agreement with Corey stating that DK Watson would cover the rental car for the remaining days that our insurance would not cover . COREY FROM DK WATSON promised to pay the remaining balance on the rental car , but refused every time enterprise perused them . COREY made the okay on our behalf for enterprise to authorize our card without our permission and lied to both our insurance and us , but when our insurance asked , “DK Watson took care of it “ This is completely fraudulent!! COREY LEE is DISHONEST , UNFRIENDLY, and MANIPULATIVE to say the least . Please stay away from this place and their shady work . I can understand why Dave Watson’s son refuses to work for his fathers company . STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

watched people get out of their cars, marked their vehicles and then towed their car. Very rude and hard to work with employees, dressed in pajamas writing all over peoples cars
