Candlewood Suites SALT LAKE CITY-AIRPORT

I booked this very last minute for an academic conference and I had a fantastic stay! I was only there one night, but the service was great. Jessika checked me in and she was so nice. I didnt catch the morning concierge or shuttle drivers name, but they were great! Their shuttle driver was so nice and drove me to the airport before the shuttle schedule started. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved that it had a little kitchenette and was dog friendly so Ill remember this hotel for future visits.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this property but it was great! Staff was great and the room was perfect for a long business trip. Only complaints are the limited parking and the common areas could use a face lift in spots. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and will be back when work calls me to SLC.

If I could give u a negative review I would.i just feel y'all should have better customer service.i dropped my car off because it was a better price than anywhere .we weren't technically late our plane was late due to weather conditions where we were from in from.i wouldn't have cared so much if it had just been me and my husband. But I have a five week old newborn it was really cold outside and he was crying because it was cold. But I've have used you guys so many times before and I never issue before but because I paid the amount I paid you could of paid for a Uber so I could of gotten back to my car. We ended up paying for a taxi so not only did I pay 42 dollars to have my car parked their but I paid 25 dollars for a taxi to take me to my car so I ended up paying all together 60 dollars .next time I'll just park my car at the airport next time this is was very inconvenient for me.what if I didn't have the money to get to my car because bank issues happen all the time for many people.just do better for people using your services..

Room was clean with good amenities. The only problem was the bathroom door didnt shut properly. Outside of the hotel, the parking lot was flooded and the people that hang around the hotel are sketchy. Rooms: Clean with good amenities. Door to bathroom didnt shut completely. Safety: The people that hang around the hotel are sketchy.
