Everything looks fine ,rooms clean the only thing was that the shower was a little clogged.

Was told pool was closed and being remodeled but obviously is being used as storage for junk. No signs of any effort. Front desk was very slow and seemed annoyed people were checking in. Lobby was lacking any artwork. Was cold and unfinished looking.

The staff cant be bothered to answer a question. The pool says it is being refurbished poppycock it looks like theyre too lazy just to bother with it hotel maintenance left stuff in our room. I came knocking at the door at 11:30 at night to get it. There is something seriously wrong with this place.

We stayed, staff friendly. No pool or hot tub it's being remolded. Was informed only after asking how late it was open. Housekeeping needs training. If you want a comfortable place, that is dirty, book a room. The shower still had a bar of soap in the soap holder. That was showered down to a puddle of yellow gooh. Some on the shower wall. When I spoke to the manager, all he said was, "We are remolding, I will speak with housekeeping right now." The towels was from wiping down the bathroom, tops of the night stands. Bathroom floor (cup was some of hair on floor), and by the sink. Also fridge was dirty Rooms: Have all vaccines before staying.

It was discounted on my card 50 dollars more. The value of my stay was 91 dollars. The 50 dollars have not been returned yet. I would like to know when I will receive the 50 dollars that were discounted extra on my card?
