You get what you pay for: "Grungy" around the edges, low-to-poor quality bouncy mattresses, poor upkeep on repairs.

For emergency or super tight budget. Keep in mind no elevator. I had asked for help with my family luggage and as the staffed watched me go up the stairs nothing was offered. If you like bread only breakfast with no protein then this may work for you. Donuts, bread, cereal and 1 waffle maker defines continental breakfast here. Not even hard boiled eggs. Room was serviced but on one day they didn't replenish toilet paper and another towels. The impression is a management style that favors max profit over clients.

We stayd a week an it was great pricin an clean room. Staff was very friendly an room service was always checkin in on us to see if we need anything clean.

For a smaller motel it was a nice stay and was really comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

Worse Hotel ever that I have stayed at. Called when i arrived in from Chicago and front desk agent during the afternoon shift said it would be 10 minutes before driver would be there. So i waited 25 minutes then called again. and she was very rude with me saying again driver would be 10 minutes. I waited another 25 minutes and driver still didnt show up. So i called again front desk agent was very rude again with me. So i decided to take a taxi cab. When I arrived at hotel I saw two shuttle vans sitting there that both said Baymont on them. As I walked into the lobby there was mud all over the tile and there was no front desk agent at the counter. I said hello to the back numerous times and no one came out I waited for 30 minutes and finally someone came to the front desk the girl was very rude to me. Got to my room and the floors looked like they hadnt been shampooed in months. So verdict of hotel is wouldnt ever stay there. And the staff is very rude
