I had a metal grinding noise in dryer. I called Best Appliance and they had someone in my area so they came within an hour of calling. Dave diagnost the problem in no time and fixed it. How often do you call for repair and are up and running the same day! This company is my list for repair from now on. 👍

My washer dryer combo was leaking a good amount of water. These guys came out and looked at it, realized they needed parts and returned a couple days later once the parts were in. The job turned into a nightmare for them, the washer had been leaking water over time and corroded multiple parts which made the parts that needed to be changed impossible to get off. They quickly pivoted and got a few more new parts and returned a couple hours later and put it all back together. They were super attentive to detail fixing a couple of small mistakes that a prior service company had made, they were very commutative between both myself and my landlord and were very very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any sort of appliance repair they know these things inside and out and do great work! Service: Washer/dryer repair
