I wish I could give fewer than 1 star. I've never had a worse business interaction in my life. This owner and his excuse for an employee are scammers. Nothing more. I had a PA speaker that I needed fixing for live music. I called in to see if they could fix it. The owner confidently assured me that he could do it, so I dropped of my speaker the next day. He charged me a $50 dollar deposit (strange as I'm the one entrusting them with my valuable equipment) and assured me that the fix would likely cost far less than the deposit, so I should plan on getting some money returned to my account after the whole thing was over. Fine. He also told me at the time of drop off that he would call me after 3 days to let me know what the problem was and to get my 'go ahead' before performing the repair just in case he discovered it would cost more than the initial deposit. 3 days passed. No phone call. I called the location to ask about my speaker. The employee answered the phone and informed me that the technician (who is also the owner) had not been into the store for the last 3 days. I was a little taken back, but he assured me that he would be in the next day. I called at the end of the next day and was given the same answer. "Oh yeah, sorry dude, the technician hasn't been in the store today". This happened for 3 straight days. At this point, they were holding my speaker hostage. Eventually, after 7 days, he finally called me and told me the speaker was fixed. I came in to pick it up. What do you know, it was still in the same state as when I dropped it off. Perhaps even more broken. He then told me that I owed him additional $50 on top of my deposit for his labor time (which I know he didn't perform as he wan't even in the building for a week). So now my total is supposed to be $100 even though he had quoted me at far below $50. After a quick shouting match between the owner and I, I left with my broken speaker, no warranty, and he kept my $50 deposit. Classic bait and switch. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER be doing business with them again and am currently receiving legal advice as to what my options are moving forward to get my money back.

Watch out!! He claims 40 years of experience!!! I am still trying figure out in what. Really!!! For A Great Deal of a Service Call price of $85........ Him debating with me on what size the TV was, should have been my first clue. Then I told him to look at menu/system and he tells me it is not there. Only for him to find it there to which he responded with a grunt sound. Then he tells us he can repair it {a 4 year old 70 inch TV} for $800 but that there are no guarantees and he specifically said that if HE breaks it in the process, we still need to pay for his time and effort. Beware of these Clowns!!!

I called and explained the problem with my TV. I was told they had to come out for $69 to diagnose. It would be one of two possible problems. One would be cheap, the other $385. They came out, quoted $600, and took the TV (I was not home). I called and asked for an explanation for this "bait and switch" approach to business. I was told that one LED would be $385, but they do not recommend replacing one, so it would be $600. Needless to say I picked up my TV and took it to an honest business. The repair cost for all 3 LEDs will be $350-$400. Oh, and for added fun, there's a long, wide scratch in the center of my screen! I cannot imagine a more questionable business!
