Heaven Sent Cleaning

Rebecca did a great first cleaning. Her third and fourth times did not compare. She also took an extremely long time to clean, its understandable that you have to work around them for lunch time, but when it cuts into dinner time as well The toilets didnt get cleaned which I specifically noticed on her third and fourth cleanings. She uses a pumice stone to remove stains at the bottom and make sure they are clean fully on the outside. (She) takes photos to ensure after each service so (she) can compare before and after. That is great and all, but at the end of the day if there is still yellow, brown and other stuff on the toilet that could easily be removed then it isnt clean. In one of my toilets there was stuff on the inside that was attached to the side but floating (I know, TMI but Ive never seen something like that in a toilet, especially after it was cleaned). The whole point of me paying someone to do it is so that I dont have to. I was really hoping that she would work out. She did a great job with the counters and even cleaned the cat litter, but just enough things felt like they were partially cleaned that Im not sticking with her. This was the best cleaning service I have hired. They are very professional and listened to all our questions and finished on time. Our kitchen and living room are cleaned and organized better than I we thought it could. The cleaner was able to remove stains that no other cleaner could do in our bathroom shower door grooves. They customized and cleaning routine to fit our needs and at a reasonable cost. They have a garuanty if not happy they will correct it. I had to use it on the first visit, and they came back the next day for no extra charge. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has been struggling with a good consistent housekeeping service.
