Trent Ferguson: Allstate Insurance

If I can give this company and it's staff a 0 I would. In July I reached out to Trent no response. A person from this location reached out to me thinking I needed a policy. I let her know I have one and I was wondering why I was paying so much for 2 vehicles. I let her know that if it was that price I might start looking for another insurance provider. Never heard back then there was a $25 charge from allstate. I didn't think anything of it since I did not call in to cancel my policy. I was sent to collections without having any part in it. When I called today to discuss the situation with an Agent. I was helped by a women who was talking to me as if I was lying and I wanted her to give me something free. When all I wanted to know was why they cancelled my policy. She was an awful person. Didn't help me at all. Instead she made me realize Allstate has gone down hill. So disappointed with this company and its representatives. I have been a policy holder with Allstate for 6 + years and was treated as nothing.

Joe was great and answered all my questions. He was very funny too, left a great impression while still being very professional. Very positive experience!
