All Paws

Really obvious they didnt take my dogs paw print until weeks after he was passed. Theres absolutely NO TEXTURE on the ceramic paw print. Under the clear finish you can see a bunch of white swirls and theres a big brown swirl right through his paw print. ZERO CRAFTSMANSHIP. The box is pathetic! I made better wooden boxes when I was in highschool wood shop. Theres dollops of adhesive on the corners and the edges are unsanded with wood splinters sticking out. All paws is THE WORST company to deal with, dont ever let them lay a finger on your loved ones!

My friend had her dog put down the first week of February. They selected for a cremation to have the remains of their dog. Unfortunately, the FedEx package never arrived. It shows delivered, however it was not. What is so interesting, is that the senders and receivers address isnt provided on the FedEx tracking. I used to work in customer support, where packages were sent, so I know an address should be listed. When I called FedEx to help my friend retrieve the package, they said AllPaws would need to do it because they sent it. However, Allpaws refuses to call FedEx and file a claim. They refuse to do anything to help my friend, whose dogs ashes are now gone. This is terrible customer service, especially because this was a pet. We are not talking about vitamins or something trivial. Its sad and awful to see the lack of care this company has. Please do not use them! Go with a company who has amazing reviews, or hand delivers.

My little girl got sick in October and I had to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. I was devastated! But All Paws took gentle care of her. I have her back in a beautiful box with her name sitting by the bed. It was a relief to know they took such good care and she's back with me! Thank you.

Ive trusted All Paws with several of my pets aftercare and have never been disappointed. Their paw prints are beautifully done and they show care for what they do. Today was beyond the extra mile. 8 1/2 years ago I arranged for aftercare of my moms dog over the phone because I lived out of state. My family never picked up the paw print and I assumed it was long gone. I moved back and a week ago, while picking up another paw print, I asked anyway and today I picked up my dogs paw print, 8 1/2 years after losing him. Im beyond touched they cared enough to keep it and then make the effort to find it for me now. It felt right to bring that memory of him home to my family.

I took my guinea pig Coco to a nearby pet hospital to get cremated, the staff told me to give these guys 4-6 weeks, but I got a phone call less than a week later, very fast, the box is beautiful, they even gave me a complimentary candle. I feel more comfortable knowing my Coco was in good hands and could return safely to me. Im forever grateful and touched. Thank you guys
