        Hands down the worst health insurance I have ever had, every year they charge more and cover less Thier plans are confusing and when ask for clarification they provide no real information. Avoid this company at all costs

        Worst accountants ever. I'd recommend any other company. Especially for temporary disability. It's been over a month with all proper paperwork. They say when you call that they have everything then send a letter saying they need other forms five days after. Get Aflac they at least respond. Don't get Mike. He loves to not respond.
