They broke my partners back in two places. Blamed him. Stole years of time our family would have gotten to be together. No sympathy, no apology, no acknowledgment, or reparations. Just another shattered family in the wake of their carelessness. Don't trust them with your life unless you are willing to lose it in the most unpleasant of ways. I will never forget the months of blood curdling screaming my daughter and I listened to as my husband was shattered and denied proper pain management. Watching him wither away for months. Now too weak to seek medical help from anywhere else. I banged my head against uvm for the rest of his remaining time to make him as comfortable as possible until his suffering was finally no more. Extremely rude patient account representative named Lauren Skellie, works here. She is condescending and believes she is much more important than she actually is. I believe the glue from her craft making has gone to her head.. Update: her ways apparently come from her mother who I hear thru the grapevine, has given her 3 step daddies now, within her young life..her real daddy apparently didn't want her but momma is doing her best to give her one, any how she can.. moves one beau out and a new one in, nearly immediately.. has no problem with forgetting and replacing the last one. Sounds narcissistic to be able to detach from each so easily b4 latching onto another. Probably to support her as she doesn't seem to be able to do it herself. Silly mindless crafts alone, has probably not made anyone financially stable, ever. Let's hope this one works out, for all of them. Poor girl must have issues, having been raised like that. Got it from her momma! Still no excuse tho to be so arrogant and rude herself. It's not everyone else's fault that her mother was a loose and emotionless, caregiver.. Worst hospital around!!! Honestly loved this hospital throughout my life. Had medical issues that brought me to spend many of my younger years here. Also worked here in a couple different positions in my twenties. Always loved, trusted and respected this hospital. The care and compassion is no longer available. I get covid has made there jobs a bit more challenging but its no excuse for how awful treatment or lack of treatment has become. Worst hospital around!!!
