Excellent experience with Marriotts appliances. They answered my initial phone call away, came the same day. Was thorough, gracious and helpful. Kept me informed as he waited for a part to in and then prompted scheduled follow up to install and complete the repair. We are grateful for the excellent service!

Don't be deceived by the looks of things when you walk in. The emphasis is on customer service from expert staff and candor. Solely a GE dealer.

They came to service my dryer. However they could not find the problem. So I got bored and fixed it myself. Called back to let them to know what the problem was that was stumping the tech. Lady on the phone asked me why the **** would I call them if I could fix it. I told her that I was busy, and I wanted to support a local business. So they hung up and ver reciever a bill from them. In short, they failed to diagnose a bad thermostat - this is a part you can test if it works by checking continuity of the part using a $5 multimeter. Part it's self was $5 bucks.

our 5 year old fridge was not keeping temp...Marcotte's had always been on the spot helpful with our appliances previously...I will admit I did not purchase the GE fridge from them, and the vendor we purchased from is gone..I called Marcotte's, Lorraine, I believe, walked me through a troubleshoot on the phone, didnt work, and Roger was there at 8:30 the next morning...replaced the failed component in about 5 minutes..great work and super response...!! BTW...I have learned my lesson....shop local!!
