This place is a complete dumpster! At a time when I moved out, we agreed to not to pay the carpet replacement due to the service and agreement. They sent the bill to collection company without consulting. Samad Abdul, agreed to waive the fee of $430 due to his verbal agreement. Now they have sent it to collection company that they are after me to pay the bill which I wasn't aware of. Management is a JOKE! What a horrible place to live! I needed to move out ASAP due to mouse and cockroaches' issues I brought up so many times. No control over lost packages I have lost over the years. No one answers the phone. There for you can't get hold of anyone. My experience was a nightmare.

I am going to be a new resident and Sammat was the person helped me in the office. He was very courteous and helpful. He helped me with my paper works, tours and made the process very easy. I am so happy to choose this place and very excited. I love Arlington and always wanted to move in that area, and I am so blessed to find such a nice location and a beautiful studio to move in. I looked many places, and this was the cleanest, nicest and a great deal I could have asked for. the apartment is renovated and looks very spacious for a studio and beautiful. I met a few peoples in the building and everyone seems so friendly and nice. I am looking forward to making more friends and enjoying my stay. I would recommend this area for sure as it's close to many places with many fun things to do.
