Library Courts LLC

I lived in Library Courts for over five years when I worked in downtown D.C. The apartments are an absolutely fantastic value for the price- with larger floor plans than typical for the area, well maintained common spaces, and very nicely kept units. The office staff and maintenance team were always very friendly and courteous and I didn’t have any problems with the building or my unit during my time there. The location can’t be beat- you’re about a 5 minute walk to two metro stops while still having a very walkable neighborhood in two directions, proximity to the park and green spaces, and easy access to the W&OD trail or the busy areas of Ballston depending on what you seek out. The location is really the best of all worlds and was less than 30 minutes downtown door to door for me. I highly recommend this complex and don’t think it can be beat for the value in the neighborhood- if I were staying in Northern VA/DC, I would have definitely kept staying here.

Lived here back in 2018. It was a nice place; the apartments were pretty big and well-maintained and the location is great. Noise was rarely a problem. The one problem I had was the rigid rule about furniture only in the freight elevator. Personally I didn't suffer from it, but it would be really annoying if you wanted to bring in a small nightstand and had to schedule the freight elevator for 4 hours to do so.
