Favian is amazing. Its really difficult finding a barber you can trust these days. If its a modern style a lot of barbers get wrong, hell get it right. Hes also great at getting the vision of what youre looking for and making it happen. 100% recommend him to anyone

The haircuts come out nice, however they are not nearly nice enough to take TWO HOURS!!!! i am a licensed cosmetologist, i know how long it takes being in the chair. today i had a family emergency and my boyfriend was a hostage of this place for an obscure amount of time because his barber seems to be incapable of doing a proper cut in a reasonable time frame. this is a constant issue and im getting really tired of it, as is my boyfriend. the in ability to move at a reasonable speed, no matter the circumstances, are unprofessional and should be stated in the booking policy. no reason someone should come into a place with an appointment, wait 45 minutes after their appointment time, and then take 2 hours on a cut. plan your ENTIRE day around being there even with an appointment

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR. I asked for a scissors cut to maintain the length of my hair. I made it VERY clear that I wanted to maintain most of the length. Haircut started with trimmer and he just went ballistic. We were chit chatting so I didn't notice that he didn't ask about a guard number. I stopped him after one side was basically buzzed to ask about scissors since we had already entered damage control territory. He convinced me that he could use his trimmer to blend the long hair on top of my head with the part of the fade (that I did NOT want) closest to the top of my head. It did not work. Demanded scissors and barber went to discuss with the team lead for 10 minutes. He came back only to tell me that the time allotted for my appointment was over and no one on duty could do scissor cuts. Never returning, never recommending. Relevant to note that the service I booked included shears in the description, but my barber Alex did not have a single pair of scissors on his stand. Ballston is a huge city with lots of other options. Service: Haircut
