When things didn't go right with their vendor, they made it right and went above and beyond. The flowers were beautiful. I appreciate them taking care of me.

It has been my experience that there is a risk of quality when buying flowers for a loved one when unfamiliar with the florist. And when you arrive at the funeral and are embarrassed by the flowers you sent. There is no resending or compensating that can make up for the horrible experience.
I spoke with a gentleman at Lasting Impressions Florist and he assured me I would not be disappointed. And he was so right. I would go as far to say that they were the prettiest arrangement there. I could not have been happier. In the last 2 weeks I have been to 3 funerals and I considered calling Lasting Impressions to help,but the localities made it impossible.
One last thing, I dont usually take the time to sit down and write a review and if they were mediocre, I wouldnt be doing it now. But they were beautiful and they deserve a five star review from me.
