I visited this store for the first time and a sales rep Lindsey was attempting to take my order. Her manager kept calling her and pulling her away from a potential purchase and she( Lindsey) seemed quite frustrated no one else was on the floor helping the young lady.
I had to leave and told her I would return. When I called the store the phone was rudely answered by Brittany whom I've since found out is the assistant mngr I ask to speak with the young lady who helped me earlier and Brittany insisted that I speak to her instead I once again asked to speak with Lindsey and Brittany unprofessionally slammed the phone down.
After speaking with Lindsey I asked could I please speak with Britney or the manager neither would come to the phone.
I think they are very unprofessional at this store and I will never shop there again.
The three stars I wish I would have given her five are for Lindsey for attempting to be a professional representative of the store.
