Family has been with StateFarm for OVER 25+ years. I buy a new car, and call the agent (Donnie Gill) to get full coverage before I walk off the lot with my new vehicle. I was told it would be $315.00 and some change a month for full coverage. Then I check my payment plan and sure enough its almost $400.00 a month! This is the SECOND time I have been lied to by the specific agent and co-workers. I contacted the agent to find out what was wrong with the bill, becuase this is absolutely not what I was quoted. I received NO email to explain why I was being ripped off. So I decided to end my covered here with the agents and company alone. And I asked, will I get a notification on when my covered will end and the straight response is yes. Never tried to find out WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, or IF THEY COULD KEEP ME AS A COSTUMER! And that is becuase they are over charging people and dont give a hoot who you are!!!! Forgot to mention they have not discounts for Law Enforcment or anything. HIGHLY DISLIKE THIS COMPANY, never going back. Sad to say we had over 25+ years of my entire family being covered by this rip-off
