Hollywood Nails 2

So the name changed but the service was amazing!! I relocated from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake last year and I visited a few other shops in the area and hands down I found our forever shop! Melanie did my pedicure and TJ did my daughters manicure and we where both very pleased! Everyone was very nice and new their customers name which I really liked about them! So glad I took a chance !

Staff is friendly enough but my nails look horrible. Also this place is really over priced compared to other nail salons in our area. I paid $35 for A FILL IN . THEY DONT EVEN CHARGE THAT MUCH FOR A BRAND NEW FULL SET ?? I get my nails done regularly so they werent too bad when I went in. Honestly Id say they looked worse when I left. The nails are super thick and falling off after 6 days of having them. I wasnt going to leave a review but when the nails started coming off I had to warn yall. Super disappointed and will not be returning. Nails first across the street is definitely #1 around here!! Edit: if you know someone on your staff is not doing nails very well and that youve been having to fix peoples nails for free then maybe that person shouldnt work there? I dont have the time or the patience to come back there. It took 2 hours for a fill in. NO THANK YOU
