        This place is never open at 7am so why have your hours up..and when you are open the service is terrible. Would not recommend location to anybody. I’ll drive 10 minutes down the street to the other one.

        Smoothies are disgusting and even after she asked to remake them they still tasted like old ice and bad fruit. Either they need better ingredients or to clean there ice machine. 🤮🤮

        I'm only rating a 2 because the staff is extremely nice. But their smoothies are the pits! Nothing like any other Tropical Smoothie location I've been to. The smoothies are completely watered down, its like colored ice. They don't accept gift cards, the happy hour changes constantly or is randomly eliminated. I've visited several times, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Their cups don't even have a logo! This is not a true tropical smoothie.They ought to be called Generic Smoothie.
