I have reached out many times in regards to knowing the status of my order. After many different attempts to get an update they finally answered. They stated they will look and get back to me. I have yet to hear from them and it's has been 11 days sense my money was taken from my account. I heard many wonderful things about this company and sadly so far my experience is not as great.

I love the customer service here. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They make sure that they keep.you updated on the arrival of products that's not in stock. They may be a small business, but it's ran very professional. I tell all my craft buddies to shop here for there supplies!

Good prices but the worst customer service and shipping speeds. After several weeks I still hadn't received my order and I reached out to them and got no response. Had to go through paypal to get a refund before they would finally call me. Ordered again thinking it was just delays because of Covid only to have the same thing happen. Now 2 months later my order is finally shipping. When I finally got a call back they said the vinyl I ordered was out of stock and that is what they were waiting on but they didn't bother to let me know or send the ones that were in stock. I have never dealt with a company that thought it was okay to leave customers hanging for weeks and months.

Update: I did receive an email from them explaining they are short staffed, which I completely understand. I placed an order on August 14, 2021 and have not received the product. The money was taken out of my account on August 18, 2021. I have tried to call, email, and go to their Facebook page, with no response. I'm beginning to wonder if this even a legit business. I'm going to be contacting my bank to let them know that this place is a fraud and let the authorities take care of it. Horrible service.
