Clean Pro Gutter Cleaning Louisville

We scheduled a gutter cleaning for a Thursday specifically, but they showed up without explanation on the Monday prior. This didn't work well for us, but we didn't cancel the service. The person who cleaned the gutters (I'll leave his name out), just got up on a ladder with a leaf blower and used it on the gutters. He did not even get all the leaves out nor did he clean the downspouts, which was the main reason we even hired this company. The leaf blower also pushed leaves under the roof. The little bit that he did clean out, he just left on the ground. He also left his coffee cup on our porch. The same day, my spouse called to complain about the lack of completion. We took pictures and sent them in via email, as requested. We received a confirmation email stating it would be sent to a regional manager to resolve the issue "immediately." It's now Wednesday, and we have not heard back from anyone, other than the bill that they have sent us! My spouse called them again after getting the bill and asked what would happen if we didn't pay it within the requested 5 days because they didn't complete the job, and was told it would be sent to collections. They also seemed to have no knowledge of the complaint or the pictures we sent in and were under the impression that the cleaning was scheduled for tomorrow. My spouse was then told to "wait for feedback." So here we are, with dirty gutters and a bill that'll hurt our credit. The website says they are only as good as their last job....and if that's the case, they're awful. It also says 100% satisfaction guaranteed for all their work. We are not even close to satisfied.
