        Awesome customer service! Kevon was very helpful and even stayed extra to make sure everything went well with upgrading 2 phone lines. I really appreciate their customer service and patience in this store.

        Did alot of upgrades and been with tmobile for about 10 years. But never came by someone yet that is better than JASMYNE she is the best she can multi task and will not try to over sell you gadgets and stuff. She know her stuff. Rating 11/10 BEST TMOBiLE REP.....

        Great service. I migrated from Sprint to Tmobile. Everything was great. I had a little wait time to make sure my Sprint bill was zeroed out applying a promotion. Darius was amazing and patient. He tracked it and worked on it without me having to come back if the Sprint bill wasn't paid off. I live in West Point and this store is the only one that can do it all like corporate. I do appreciate not having to come in to take care of it. Thanks!
