It was an absolute pleasure working with Sean and having him on our side throughout the home-buying experience. He was very attentive to all our needs and was very flexible with our crazy schedule. From the moment we met him we knew he was a true professional and would always have our best interest in mind. HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. Sean was (and still is) incredibly easy to work with. He provides such sound advice for all stages of the buying process. He took the time to answer each of my questions, big or small. He has a deep knowledge of the Richmond market as well as the real estate market in general. I could not recommend him anymore. Happy to have found someone in my corner for times to come.

Sean was fantastic to work with. I wouldn't want to use anyone else. We approached Sean with no experience of the home buying process. He was totally available for us at all hours. He deserves a lot of credit for that since most of this process had to take place outside of regular business hours because of our jobs. Once we found a place that we really liked, he said "I'm going to get you guys a good deal on this one." This made me nervous because I had stupidly got my hopes so high on the property that I didn't care about money anymore. Luckily, we decided to let Sean do his thing and negotiate. He saw the situation for what it was and was able to get a really favorable deal on our dream property. Literally saved us tens of thousands. I also want to mention how crucial Sean was after the contract was ratified. The process can be tiresome if you are working full time. Sean was super positive, nudging us along to make sure everything went smoothly. He took care of everything possible on his end to make it easy on us. After the inspection he, again, was able to negotiate EXACTLY what we wanted as an addendum. He even came to our closing just to congratulate us. Sean worked really hard and was legitimately out for our best interest. He helped us buy our first home and for that we'll always be thankful. I could not recommend him more!

We were blown away by Sean. Because we made the decision to work with him, we are now in our dream neighborhood and with a life-changing amount of cash in our bank account. He helped us put in the perfect offer in a super competitive market AND sell our previous house for well above asking. It was a huge undertaking for our family with a toddler, 4-month-old, and both working full time but Sean made it possible! Unfortunately, we know what it is like to work with an agent who misses important details, doesn't update you along the way, and isn't prepared to discuss the big questions and emotional decisions you have to make. DO NOT settle with choosing your agent. You may end up in a bad situation financially and needing counseling...this is a big deal! I would recommend Sean to ANYONE making the big decision to buy or sell a home. He will take care of you and do it with enthusiasm.
